"It's rough all over, Ponyboy..."

This quote has always irked me, and now I finally know why: Cherry's is a lie of omission.

To break it down: We every one of us have our respective stations in life. Some stations have their charm and advantages and moments of loveliness; all have their miseries.

It's a distinction I thought worth noting.

I tried to buy a police jacket at Out of the Closet the other day but I was too late. They sold out.

Out of the Closet is best for books and housewares.

Community Thrift on Valencia is where it's at for duds.

They sold $320 jackets for $25 on a shipment they got from Butler Uniforms and I missed out on it. If MUNI issued handguns, I wouldn't be typing this message right now.
